Breads are a staple in our diet. Unfortunately though, even the best of bakeries produce breads that are full of preservatives and additives that are not good for your gut.
in this workshop, chef Priyasha, founder, The Cinnamon Kitchen, will be teaching you how to make a variety of vegan and gluten-free breads. The workshop covers 1 of each; grain free bread, protein rich bread, sweetbread and flatbread so you never have to buy breads from a store ever again!

Nut and Seed Bread
This grain free bread is made using a combination of nuts and seeds. It is a hearty and delicious bread that is best enjoyed toasted with a dip or even by itself. You can also cut it into strips and serve on a cheese board. Chef will teach you a base recipe and foundation to make various flavour combinations.
Chickpea Protein Bread
This bread is high in protein owing to chickpea flour. It is best enjoyed as a flatbread with veggies or with a nut butter.
This is an oil free sweet bread made with dates and zucchini. It is best enjoyed with coffee, tea and a spoonful of nut butte. You can also use the same recipe to make carrot bread.
This flatbread is ideal for making wraps. It is completely grain free and can be used to make avocado, tofu and mushroom wraps. It is also oil free and delicious!
