Chocolate Chip Cookies with Sea Salt

Made using millets, this is our take on the classic chocolate chip cookies, They have a crisp biscuit like exterior, melty chocolate and taste absolutely divine!


Berry and Chocolate Soft Cookies

These cookies are soft and chewy with melty chocolate and berries. Chef will be teaching a base recipe with cranberries and chocolate, You can use the same recipe to create blueberry, white chocolate, raspberry and other endless flavour variations.


Peanut Butter Cookies

Chef will be covering 2 variations of these peanut butter cookies, with flour and flourless. You can also use this recipe to make any nut butter cookies of your choice such as almond and hazelnut.


Oatmeal Cookies

These are the perfect breakfast and on the go snack cookies ever! Sweetened with dates and made using rolled oats and a combination of nuts and berries, this cookies are sure to become a staple. Like with all other recipes, you can create multiple flavour variations using this base recipe.
