Almond and Lemon Bundt Cake with Buttercream Frosting
This cake has notes of lime and vanilla, is also oil free and sweetened with dates. It is the most light and beautiful tea cake. Chef will also be teaching you a lime buttercream frosting that pairs beautifully with this cake for celebrations.
Fudgy Chocolate Brownie
Brownies traditionally use a ton of butter and sugar for their dense and moist texture. Learn to make brownies without butter, sugar or chocolate that taste equally amazing!
Raw Carrot Cake Bites
These bites are raw and perfect for an on the go snack. One can also add some vegan vanilla protein to it and have them as pre/post workout.
